While working at a print shop as a graphic designer I was able to help a client who needed flyers printed for an upcoming event at the Portland Moda Center.

The client was in a pinch and need a same day design, print, and delivery which our shop was more than happy to help out with. They sent over source images & text and had very specific requests for the flyer to be in a portrait orientation with the “Disney On Ice - Mickey’s Search Party” to be centered at the top.

Normally easy enough however the client only had horizontal photos to choose from and the title file was on a colored background rather than transparent. Yet with some photoshopping and creative placement I was able to cure up a design that fulfilled all the requirements the client had.

Within a just a couple of hours of receiving the job I had it sent off for approval, and with a fast reply we were able to have the fliers flying off the presses, packaged up, and heading towards our client in no time.
